“Earth Bound”

Once in awhile you purchase something that isn’t right. Whether it’s the color or the design. Celeste and I go to auctions and come away with box lots. This was one of those box lot pieces. We kept looking at it and decided it wasn’t something we really wanted. I assumed ownership so to speak, and set out to give it a different look. Now it’s done it holds a nice place on the mantle next to some of our other pottery. Who knew?
